Please note, Frontier Agents are not able to confirm availability or book your reservation. You may confirm availability with HERTZ prior to completing your miles redemption by calling Hertz in advance at 1-800-654-2210. When confirming availability, you will need to provide CDP# 1241216 and IT# MW3DY.
Hertz Weekly Terms and Conditions/Rental Restrictions
1. Weekend rentals are available for pickup noon Thursday through noon Sunday, and must be returned by 11:59pm Monday.
2. Weekend Rentals require a one (1) day minimum keep. Returning vehicles early shall not entitle customer to any refund or credit.
3. At least one-day advance reservation is required. One-day advance notice does not guarantee availability.
4. If an upgrade to a higher car class is chosen, any difference in rate is the responsibility of the renter.
5. Car award rental may not be available at some times in some locations, especially during periods of peak demand. Some blackout dates may apply.
6. Customer must contact Hertz directly at 1-800-654-2210 and book with CDP# 1241216, IT Award# ITMW3DY and the Voucher Number appearing on the front of the IT Award Voucher. Hertz will verify the location chosen will honor the award voucher and that cars are available on the dates preferred.
7. The following charges are not included as part of the award and must be paid for by the renter: extra days, taxes, drop off fees, applicable charges for excess mileage, California vehicle licensing fees, airport related fees, optional refueling service, optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Loss/Damage Waiver (LDW), optional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Personal Effects Coverage (PEC), Liability Insurance Supplement (LIS) and any additional charges which may apply for drivers under age 25.
8. All rentals are subject to standard Hertz rental agreement, age, driver’s license, credit and other rental requirements as well as car availability at the time and place of rental.
9. Minimum age an IT Award Voucher is 25 years. (Some exceptions may apply).
10. Car must be returned to original renting location, except in Florida where cars may be picked up and returned at any corporate rental location within the state of Florida. Award voucher is not valid in the New York Tri-State Metropolitan area, Hawaii or Alaska.
11. Voucher may not be combined with any other car award and may not be used in conjunction with other coupons, travel industry discounts, tour rates or any other Hertz special discounts or promotional rates.
12. IT Award Voucher will be valid twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Voucher will expire on the date indicated on the front and is void if altered in any way.
13. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced and have no refundable cash value.
14. A voucher must be used on consecutive days only and any unused portion will be forfeited.
15. Inquiries regarding vouchers or the FRONTIER Miles program should be directed to the FRONTIER MILES Service center.
16. Award voucher is transferrable. The individual presenting the certificate is authorized to use it. The individual whose name is printed on the front of the certificate does not need to be present at the time of rental. No additional endorsements are required.
