As between you and us, you own all content and information you post or share on social media platforms when tagging or mentioning Frontier Airlines. Any content you post, share, or tag — including photos, videos, and text — is referred to as "User Content."

By responding with #FrontierAgree, you grant Frontier Airlines, Inc. and its affiliates ("Frontier Airlines") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your User Content for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use across Frontier Airlines social media channels, digital advertising, email communications, website, in-flight materials, and other marketing channels, by any means or media now existing or developed in the future.

Frontier Airlines may use your User Content to advertise or promote Frontier Airlines and its services. Frontier Airlines may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content appears.

You represent and warrant that:

You own all rights to your User Content, including rights to any people or items depicted, or you otherwise have the authority to grant the rights described above.
Your User Content and our use of it does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
You have obtained and will maintain any consents required for any individuals depicted in your User Content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Frontier Airlines has no obligation to use your User Content for any purpose.
Frontier Airlines may remove or decline to use your User Content at any time and for any reason.
Frontier Airlines has no obligation to credit or compensate you for the use of your User Content.
Granting permission does not entitle you to any goods, services, upgrades, miles, or other compensation from Frontier Airlines.
User Content and related information you provide are not confidential.
