Our Tech Ops employees are based in:​ Denver (Hangar Line Maintenance), Phoenix (Line Maintenance)​ , Dallas (Line Maintenance), Orlando (Line Maintenance)​, Las Vegas (Line Maintenance)​

Progress your career as an A&P Mechanic

The aircraft mechanic is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on our new Airbus A320 aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.

A&P Qualifications
  • FAA-certified mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings with two years of experience performing heavy aircraft maintenance to include: maintenance checks, engine changes, landing gear replacement, structural repairs, flight control rigging, etc. or Airbus 320/321 aircraft or similar heavy aircraft.
  • Preferred two years of experience performing heavy aircraft maintenance on Airbus 320/321 aircraft or similar heavy aircraft. We will also consider no Airbus and candidates out of school. Experience is at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Tech Ops Departments

Our Tech Ops departments are the backbone of our airline’s operations, ensuring every flight is safe and on time. From Maintenance Control and Support Shop to Quality Control, each department plays a crucial role in keeping our fleet in top condition. Support Shop

Performing Composite, Paint, Structures and Sheet Metal aircraft maintenance activities according to established policies and procedures as directed by a lead mechanic or supervisor.

Maintenance Control

Manages and controls maintenance operations on a shift basis to provide safe, compliant and reliable operations. Is the primary point of contact regarding aircraft out of service and the current mechanical status of all aircraft in Frontier’s fleet.

Quality Control

The Auditor, Quality Assurance monitors the performance measures of the CAMP (Continuous by performing audits of internal and contract organizations).

Ground Support Equipment Mechanic

Do you have Automotive experience? The Ground Support Equipment Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, major and minor repairs on all types of Frontier Airlines ground equipment.
