What is Airport Operations?

Airport Operations is the front line of our business. From Customer Service Agents and Ramp Agents to Gateway Operators and more, the field of airport operations field is a diverse industry full of exciting opportunities for you to explore.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

Our customer service agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling reservations, passenger check-in, baggage check-in, printing boarding passes, aircraft preparation and more.

RAMP AGENTS

Our ramp agents are responsible for things such as marshaling aircrafts, loading and unloading freight and baggage, assisting with pushback and towing and other duties as assigned.

OPERATION AGENTS

An airport operations job includes the responsibility for supervising the daily procedures of an airport terminal. Job duties include coordinating airline operations, managing weight and balance of the aircraft and overseeing schedules and passenger boarding.
