Elite Silver

Elite Silver Status is earned by accumulating 10,000 Elite Status Points in a calendar year and includes the following benefits free of charge:

  • Priority Customer Care online chat
  • No Change/Cancel Fee for the Member and up to eight (8) other Members traveling on the same reservation with the same confirmation number. Modifications must be made 7+ days prior to departure. Changes to your itinerary are subject to any difference in fare and options prices.
  • Option for Family Pooling
  • Standard Seat Assignment (subject to availability) at time of booking for the Member only.
  • Preferred Seat Assignment upon check-in for the Member only. Subject to Availability.  
  • Zone 2 Boarding for the Member and up to eight (8) other Members traveling on the same reservation with the same confirmation number.
