*In addition to the required miles, member must pay all fees and taxes, which are listed in USD, at the time of booking. All award seats are capacity controlled. Minimum international fees/taxes may vary according to the currency exchange rates.
The mileage and fees shown apply for Economy awards booked at FlyFrontier.com and represent the minimum mileage levels required for award redemption. Mileage requirements are higher during peak periods. An additional Reservation service charge of $10 will apply to all Economy award redemption made via our reservations call centers. Charge for bags and itinerary change fees vary based on the type of award ticket.
The sale or barter by members of any such mileage, awards, or benefits is expressly prohibited. Any mileage, awards or benefits transferred, assigned or sold in violation of the Program terms and conditions will result in the confiscation of all miles held by the Member and closure of the Member's account. In addition, the Member may be subject to other penalties including, but not limited to, the value of transportation provided as a result of member's fraudulent conduct. Mileage, benefits, or awards earned or granted under the Program may not be transferred or assigned, except in the case of a Member's death. Miles may NOT be transferred via phone or email request to the EarlyReturns® Service Center. Upon a Member's death, all current available mileage may be transferred to the Member's beneficiary after receipt of appropriate documentation such as a death certificate and proof of beneficiary status.
Award tickets are subjected to award fees however, these fees can be waived.How award redemption fees can be waived:

If you would like to cancel your original ticket, you may cancel your itinerary and redeposit your EarlyReturns® miles into your account for a $75 redeposit fee. Redeposit fees are non-refundable. The redeposit fee is waived for Last Seat Availability awards.
Note: Economy Award tickets must be cancelled prior to departure of the flight to retain their value.

MILES are the calculation unit of the out EarlyReturns® Frequent Flyer program.
You automatically earn miles when you sign into your EarlyReturns® account and enter your account number at time of booking your flight.
You can earn miles on nonstop and connecting flights!
Don't forget, you can earn miles already flown up to 180 days after your flight.
Fill out our Flight Mileage Credit Request Form to request credit for miles from previously completed travel.
Note: A copy of the ticketed passenger receipt and boarding passes must support such claims, or receipts in case of retroactive non-air travel partner credit requests. It is the responsibility of the Member to retain receipts, boarding passes, and other proofs of purchase until mileage credit is posted and appears on the Member's account statement.
Earn additional miles by taking advantage of our Partners or by using your Frontier MasterCard.
Services offered by program partners will be credited a specific number of miles as determined by Frontier.

Your miles will not expires as long as, once every six months, you use our partners, purchase one of our flights or use your Frontier MasterCard!
If you are flying without a change in flight number between an origin city and a final destination, you will earn the actual miles computed between that origin and destination city. Mileage will be calculated using airport-to-airport air mileage distance as determined by us.
On trips between an origin city and a final destination city that include a connection requiring a change of plane with a new flight number, you'll earn mileage credit for each flight segment. A segment is defined as a flight between two airports using only one flight number, regardless of the number of intermediate stops or changes of planes.
Additional miles may be granted to you for special conditions and events based on flight activity, fare paid, geographic location, program participation, tier level status, and other conditions and events as determined by us.

Elite status is easier than you think! With no minimum spend needed, you can enjoy the benefits of Elite status by flying only 20,000 miles with us or by flying 25 one-way flights with us within a 365 rolling calendar year (12 months).
Once you qualify for Elite status, you will automatically be upgraded and receive Elite Status benefits for one full year (365 days)! Don't forget, to keep your Elite status you must re-qualify every year.

Frontier Airlines reserves the right to change or terminate the EarlyReturns® Program, in its entirety or any part thereof, without notice to Members. Changes may include, but are not limited to, alteration to Program rules, General Terms and Conditions, travel awards (subject to fees/taxes), mileage award levels, partner affiliations, rules for earning mileage credit, continued availability of awards, or the number of seats available for award travel (subject to fees/taxes) to any or all destinations.
Such changes to the Program may also include modifications which:
The Member named on an account is the only person who may earn mileage for the said account, even if the Member purchases tickets for other people.
Only one person may be enrolled per account. Program membership is not available to our partner corporations, organizations or legal entities. In cases where a single Member holds two accounts, one account will be closed and mileage will be transferred to the remaining active account
Membership in the EarlyReturns® Program is open to any person paying an adult or child fare in any country, which has not prohibited participation in frequent flyer programs.
Frontier membership cards and accounts are not transferable.
Members will receive an electronic account statement if enrolled with pertinent information based on activity registered during the previous period.

If, for any reason, miles have not been credited to a new or existing member's account, the member may claim the retroactive mileage credit up to 180 days after the flight or service concerned. A copy of the ticketed passenger receipt and boarding passes must support such claims, or receipts in case of retroactive non-air travel partner credit requests. It is the responsibility of the Member to retain receipts, boarding passes, and other proofs of purchase until mileage credit is posted and appears on the Member's account statement. Member is responsible to report a change in name or address. Frontier is not responsible for any loss or delay of correspondence.
By applying for the Program, each applicant explicitly authorizes Frontier with the use of any stored information for marketing and communication purposes.
As of March 7, 2015, mileage in a member's account does not expire as long as the Member generates accrual activity every six months. The good news is, your miles need never expire. Just - continue to earn miles every six months by flying with us or earning miles using the Frontier Airlines MasterCard. Unredeemed mileage accumulated in your account will expire at the end of the six-month period after your last activity date.
If any EarlyReturns® member's Frontier segment(s) are involuntarily rerouted to another airline as a result of a non-weather related irregular operations situation, the passenger may receive EarlyReturns® credit for the originally scheduled Frontier flight. EarlyReturns® members may request flight mileage credit by contacting the EarlyReturns® service center.
The following fare, payment, and/or passenger categories are excluded from earning miles in the Program:
Membership in the Program may be terminated if the Member
In the event of termination of Membership, any accrued miles will be forfeited.
Award tickets may be booked approximately 8 months in the future or as the schedule permits and are valid for one year from the original date of issue. Award tickets are also subject to taxes and fees from $5.60.
Mileage from different accounts isn't combinable for issuance of any award.
Upon confirming an award travel reservation, the appropriate mileage will be automatically deducted from the Member's account.
Any changes to award tickets made 8 or more days prior to travel will not incur a change fee if the class of service is available. There is up to a $99 change fee for any changes made to an award ticket within 7 days of travel. Any changes made to award tickets must be handled by Frontier Reservations by calling 801-401-9000.
Reservations for award travel on Frontier may only be made directly with Frontier either at FlyFrontier.com or by calling our Reservations Call Centers at 801-401-9000. Please note that there is no booking charge at FlyFrontier.com, but a Reservation Service charge of $10 will apply to all Economy Award redemptions made via our Reservations Call Centers.
Award tickets may only be issued by Frontier. Program partners and/or travel agents may not issue our award tickets.
All award travel must be via published routings, and to destinations offered by Frontier.However, not all routes may be available for award redemptions.
All tickets must have confirmed reservations on all legs; no open tickets are issued.
EarlyReturns® awards are subject to availability. Seats may not be available for award travel on all flights on all days. Seat availability depends on the flight, the date of travel, the expected demand, season, destination, and other factors
Where applicable and permitted by law, any taxes, fees, and governmental or airline surcharges (such as fuel) remain the responsibility of the Member and must be paid with a credit card at the time of reservation.
Award tickets will be issued in the form of an e-ticket.
Stopovers (overnight stays at connecting cities) are not permitted for award travel.
Award redemptions may not be combined with bundled products such as the PERKS℠ or the WORKS℠.
