Reasons to Visit the Ticket Counter

Unaccompanied Minor

When dropping off or picking up an unaccompanied minor, you will need to visit the ticket counter to obtain a gate pass. An unaccompanied minor request for carriage form must also be completed by the adult bringing the child to the airport. For faster service, we recommend filling out this form in advance and remember to bring it on the day of travel. Find more information on our Unaccompanied Minor page.

Itinerary Changes

If you need to make an immediate itinerary change to your reservation, the airport ticket counter should be able to assist with your request. Please visit our Travel Policies page to find more information on same-day flight changes.

Special Services

If you requested special services assistance at the time of booking, such as traveling with a wheelchair, a customer service representative at the ticket counter can help accommodate you. For more information about special services at Frontier, please see our Special Services page.

Traveling with Animals

If you’ve included an approved pet as part of your booking, you must make sure all requirements are met by visiting the ticket counter upon your arrival. Find more information on pet requirements in the traveling with pets section on our Family & Pets page.

If you’re traveling with a service animal, we recommend visiting the ticket counter on arrival to the airport. You can learn more about traveling with a service animal by reviewing our Special Services page.

If you’re traveling with an emotional support animal, we recommend visiting the ticket counter to have your documentation reviewed. Please visit our Special Services page to read more about what documentation is required.

Over-sized Baggage

For baggage that exceeds our weight or size limits, you will need to visit the counter and there will be an additional charge of $75 for each bag that is over. This includes large duffel bags, large suitcases and sporting equipment. Bags over 100 pounds or more than 110 linear inches will not be accepted. Please review additional information on traveling with large items like sports equipment under the sports equipment & special items section of our Baggage page.

Unpaid Balance

If you have any unpaid balance on your purchase, you will need to settle the remaining amount to check in.

Firearm to Declare

When transporting firearms, ammunition and firearm parts in your checked baggage, you must declare that you have a firearm in your bag to the customer service representative at the ticket counter. Find more information on rules related to firearms & ammunition in the additional bag info section of our Baggage page.
