ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all residents of the United States (excluding Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia) who are of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.  Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) of Frontier Airlines, Inc., as well as its sponsors, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Eligibility is contingent on agreement to, and compliance with, these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 

SPONSOR. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Frontier Airlines, Inc., 4545 Airport Way, Denver, CO 80239 (“Sponsor”). 

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins on or around August 11, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time. The Sweepstakes will end on or around August 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time.  (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

HOW TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants are required to perform the daily requirements following the actions.

By posting your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the guidelines and content restrictions below and that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes your Submission fails to conform. 

LIMIT: Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.  Any attempt by any entrant to receive more than the allowed entry will result in immediate disqualification of the entrant. This includes duplicate Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter accounts and duplicate names that are registered under different Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter Accounts. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION. All eligible entries (entrants that meet the required rules) will be randomly selected to win. One winner will be selected per day starting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, through Thursday, August 14, 2025. Three winners will be selected on Friday, August 15, 2025. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to the Sweepstakes rules and the following criteria:  Entries may not contain the following: any kind of illegal or inappropriate behavior. Entries that contain any inappropriate material will be disqualified. 

The potential winner(s) will be notified via Instagram DM on or before the closing sweepstakes period each day starting Tuesday, August 12th, 2025. The potential winner(s) must reply to the notification message within 24 hours of receipt, with acknowledgment of receipt, or the prize will be forfeited. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF NOTIFIED OF BEING A WINNER, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED. 

PRIVACY; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.  Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.  Please review Sponsor's privacy policy at https://www.flyfrontier.com/legal/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.  By entering this Sweepstakes, you will be automatically opted-in to receive communications from Sponsor and may opt out upon receiving the first communication. 

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS. The potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules to win.

Prize may not be sold or transferred for value. The aggregated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the sweepstakes is: $5,401.00. 

All air travel is subject to all applicable travel and fare restrictions.  All expenses and incidental travel needs, including but not limited to, security fees or taxes, or other expenses or incidentals, are the responsibility solely of winner. All travelers are subject to Sponsor’s Contract of Carriage, which can be found at https://www.flyfrontier.com/legal/contract-of-carriage/. The determination of liability for any federal, state or local taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt and/or use of any prize, and the payment of any such tax liability, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  However, should federal, state or local law impose any tax reporting or filing obligations on Sponsor arising out of the winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes (including the winner's receipt of and/or use of any prize), the winner agrees to timely provide Sponsor with any information that is reasonably needed for Sponsor to comply with any such reporting or filing obligations.  Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sweepstakes, promotion or offer.  

GENERAL RELEASE. By receipt of any Sweepstakes prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and Facebook, affiliates and subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and receipt, redemption and use of any prize. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By submitting an entry, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives any right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims and causes of action; (2) under no circumstances will entrant be awarded attorney’s fees, costs, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. 

Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and affiliated contributors, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are not liable if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of god, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorism. 

CONSTRUCTION.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Colorado. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the valid or enforceable provision was not contained therein. 

WARNING: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website associated with this Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment 

PUBLICITY.  Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.’
