BizFare is available through the global distribution system (GDS) channel. Travel managers are encouraged to contact their travel management company (TMC) or online booking tool (OBT) provider to ensure Frontier’s BizFare is available to book for their employees’ travel needs. A dedicated Frontier Field Sales Team will be engaged to support the needs of travel managers.

All reservations are non-refundable, except that refunds are allowed for reservations made 7 days (168 hours) or more prior to departure and provided that a refund request is made within 24 hours of initial reservation.
Changes or cancellations made to itineraries after the 24 hours will be subject to change fees, as applicable, and any difference in fare and options price. Learn more about our change policy. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for special fare tickets. Flight segments must be cancelled prior to scheduled departure time, or the tickets and all amounts paid will be forfeited.

1Carry-on baggage must conform to Frontier’s dimension requirements. Carry-on baggage must be added at FlyFrontier.com or by using Frontier’s mobile app after booking or at check-in.
2To guarantee overhead bin space for one carry-on bag, customers must board with the Board First group in advance of Zone 1. Board First must be added at FlyFrontier.com or by using the Frontier mobile app after booking or at check-in.
3Subject to availability. Seat assignments must be selected at FlyFrontier.com or by using the Frontier mobile app after booking or at check-in.
4Changes to your itinerary are subject to any difference in fare and options prices. If your new itinerary is lower in value than your original itinerary, there will be no residual value available to you once you have made the change. If you cancel your itinerary, you will retain the value of your itinerary as a travel credit. Changes and cancellations must be made prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time, or the tickets and all amounts paid will be forfeited.
5Same-day confirmed flight changes can be made only at the airport on the day of travel. You can change to another flight with space available departing on the same calendar day between your ticketed origin and destination cities or groups of airports considered the same city per Frontier policy. Changes in taxes and fees may apply.
6Same-day standby can be requested only at the airport on the day of travel. You can standby on another flight departing on the same calendar day between your ticketed origin and destination cities or groups of airports considered the same city per Frontier policy. Changes in taxes and fees may apply.
