In 1930, Pat's founder, Pat Olivieri, created the very first philly cheesesteak. 36 years later, Geno’s opened on the opposite side of the street proclaiming they had mastered the sandwich. - Philly Museum of Art and Rocky Steps: The Philadelphia Museum of Art is home to over 240,000 works of art spanning over 2,000 years. The outside stairs leading into the museum are most famously known for Sylvester Stallone running up them in the movie “Rocky” featuring Sylvester Stallone.
