Earn miles with speed and ease when you fly with us. Enter your EarlyReturns® number when you make your reservations, whether it's on our website, over the phone, or through your travel agent to ensure that you will receive miles for your flight. Please remember to always login to your EarlyReturns® account prior to purchasing your ticket online in order to receive mileage credit for your flight.

We offer three levels of EarlyReturns® membership depending on how frequently you travel — Base, *Ascent, and Summit. Note that you earn bonus miles when you reach *Ascent or Summit level status — so you can earn award travel (subject to fees/taxes from $5.60) even faster.

How We Calculate Miles
As an EarlyReturns® member you'll earn the actual miles computed between your origin and destination city. We calculate the actual miles using airport-to-airport air mileage distance.
The amount of miles you earn and the minimum mileage earned per flight depend upon the Fare Option you choose:

On trips between an origin city and a final destination city that include a connection requiring a change of aircraft with a new flight number, you'll earn mileage credit for each flight segment. If you fly on a flight that makes a stop without a change in flight number between an origin city and a final destination, you will earn based on the actual miles computed between the origin and destination city.
Mileage will be credited to your account within a week of your final travel date. *Summit and Ascent level tier bonus miles will be posted within 14 days of the final travel date.
If, for any reason, miles have not been credited to your account in these timeframes, you may contact our EarlyReturns® department to claim the retroactive mileage credit up to 180 days after the date of the flight or service concerned. Copies of the ticketed passenger receipt and boarding passes must support such claims, or receipts in case of retroactive non-air travel partner credit requests. It is your responsibility to retain receipts, boarding passes, and other proofs of purchase until mileage credit is posted and appears on your account statement.
*Summit and Ascent status will be retired on March 6, 2015 and a new elite tier, Frontier Elite will be launched on March 7, 2015.
