I don’t have a Delta SkyMiles® account. Do I need a SkyMiles account to convert my Frontier EarlyReturns® miles?
You will need a Delta SkyMiles account before you can register to convert your Frontier EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles. Sign up for a SkyMiles account at delta.com/enroll.

Can I convert a portion of my Frontier EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles and keep the rest of my miles in my EarlyReturns account?
To participate in this offer, you must convert all of your EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles.

Will my Frontier EarlyReturns miles convert to Delta SkyMiles the day I register?
Your miles will convert from EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles the day you register; however, your miles will be deposited into your Delta SkyMiles account within 8 weeks after you register.

I am currently an Ascent or Summit member in the Frontier EarlyReturns program. Will I keep my status with Frontier if I convert my EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles?
Yes, your current status will remain the same with Frontier through your given expiration date.

Will my Ascent or Summit status on Frontier transfer to Delta?
As a courtesy, you will become a Silver Medallion® member in the Delta SkyMiles program within 7-10 business days of registration and it will last for 90 days. If you do not complete 8,000 Medallion Qualification Miles or 10 Medallion Qualification Segments on Delta or Delta Connection® flights within the 90-day period, you will lose the status.

I am currently an Ascent or Summit member in the Frontier EarlyReturns program and also a SkyMiles Medallion member. Am I eligible for the 90 day Silver Medallion Status Match Challenge?
Current Delta SkyMiles Medallion members are not eligible for the 90-day Silver Medallion Status Match Challenge. You may still transfer your Frontier miles to Delta miles by registering for the offer.

What are the benefits of being a Delta SkyMiles Silver Medallion member?

Will my Frontier EarlyReturns account be deactivated if I convert my miles to Delta miles?
Your account will remain active as long as you have qualifying activity in your account in the preceding 24 months.

I have booked a Frontier flight departing in a few weeks; will those miles convert to Delta?
Your EarlyReturns miles will transfer to Delta miles the day you register. However, it will take up to 8 weeks for your miles to be deposited into your Delta SkyMiles account. Therefore, you may choose to wait until after your Frontier flight miles post before registering for this offer if you want those miles to transfer. Keep in mind, you must register by 8/31/12.

If I transfer my miles to Delta, will the miles expire?
Delta miles do not expire.

Can I transfer my miles to the account of my spouse, child, family member or friend?
EarlyReturns miles may only be converted to your own Delta account. They may not be transferred to any other person’s account.

I don’t live in Wisconsin. Can I convert my Frontier EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles?
If you do not have a current Wisconsin address in our database as of June 4, 2012, you are not eligible to convert your Frontier EarlyReturns miles to Delta miles. We are offering this to Wisconsin residents as a courtesy due to Frontier flight reductions in the state.
