Browser Compatibility

To ensure the best possible experience using, please use one of the following browsers that we support:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 8 and higher)
  • Safari (Version 4 and higher)
  • Firefox (Version 3 and higher)


In order to log-in to our site, third party cookies must be enabled within your web browser. For your convenience, we have listed the most common browsers and their procedures below as a guide to help you enable third party cookies. If you are having trouble enabling third party cookies, please consult your browser's documentation. If you use a browser that is not on the list below or disable functions such as Javascript, cookies, or SSL certain functionality may not be available on the website.

Internet Explorer (Version 8 and higher)
1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button.
4. Uncheck Override automatic cookie handling, if it is checked.
5. Under Third-party Cookies, check Accept.
6. Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox (Version 3 and higher)
1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab and check Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookies. If the controls for cookies are not visible, ensure Use custom settings for History is selected.
3. Click OK.

Safari (Version 4 and higher)
1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
2. Select the Security tab, and under Accept Cookies, select Always.
3. Click Close.

Chrome (Version 8 and higher)
1. From the Chrome menu, click Options.
2. From the Under the Hood tab, click Content settings.
3. Select the Cookies tab.
4. Make sure Allow local data to be set (recommended) is checked and Block all third-party cookies without exception is unchecked.
5. Click Close and then click Close again to save your options.

Opera (Version 11 and higher)
1. From the Opera menu, click Settings, then Preferences.
2. Select the Advanced tab, click Cookies.
3. Select Accept Cookies.
4. Click OK.
